This gives you a chance to prioritise, an opportunity to organise face to face interviews, and to handle any secondary or further testing that needs to be done. A recruitment plan can help you stay on track and keep things going when it comes to the process of hiring the right person for the job role. It gives you the chance to explore all your options without there being pressure of time.

Finally, does the legal practice offer any benefits or employment perks? This can be the last thing to consider when it comes to hiring the right staff. You may find that there's a lot of competition out there for the top talent, so what makes your business stand out? What helps your legal practice to be the one they decide to work with? Sometimes company perks and benefits can go a long way.
